If your project requires the UBC Department of Plant Operations to halt services to any area of the UBC Vancouver site, you must apply for a Service Shut-down Permit. A Service Connection Permit is required for each new connection to an existing UBC service distribution system, including gas, water, electrical, sewer, steam, communications, and fire suppression system
